IDP offers a full range of destination management services. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to design and operate a specialized program that meets your budget requirements and program objectives. Beginning with your site inspection and concluding with your program, our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations.

Site Inspections
IDP staff can assist you or your client with personalized site inspections of the Santa Barbara and Ojai areas. Whether you need to see specific program options or a general area orientation, we can help you maximize your time and plan a day-by-day itinerary. We welcome the opportunity to showcase Santa Barbara in comparison with other locations.

Proposals
When we have established your program requirements and budget, our sales team will create a personalized proposal and put holds on venues. Formal contracts will be generated detailing each element of the event. Your file will then be turned over to a Program Manager who, along with the Sales Manager, will oversee your program to completion.
